I've been using the following notice for promo, emails, fb etc. Feel free to use if you are contacting anyone - no point reinventing the wheel!

Open Learning Ireland's first week-long festival, full of free talks
and workshops and an interactive hacklab, takes place in Seomra
Spraoi, Dublin 1, from the 25th February to 2 March 2013. The event
provides the public, regardless of their age or qualifications, to
come along and "Learn Something, Share Something, Do Something" in a
relaxed, friendly and fun environment. Science, sitcom writing,
hacking, radio production, aerobics, bike-making, philosophy, human
rights and language classes are just some of the activities on offer!
