Hi,

Here is my situation -

Storage : Stonefly optisan

Host : Windows 2003

Problem : Whenever I give a disk rescan, the server mysteriously gets
hung. the system log throws the following error - "A connection to the
target was lost, but Initiator successfully reconnected to the target.
Dump data contains the target name."

Thanks in advance

R.K

Try upgrading the initiator to its latest version. you can also check for any latency in the network connection.

Hope this could solve ur problem

You want to check another list. This is for linux initiator stuff. We
might have people that know windows, but it is not our expertise.
