Well consider this - AT&T, Radio Shack, Best Buy, and even Apple (when systems were down) had to hand enter all of those orders from yesterday, people are still pre-ordering from last night and today in 6 countries, the expected 'initial rush' was 2 million units, if they are producing 600k for each run they could have easily sold 600k yesterday to be delivered 6/24, another 600k to be delivered on 7/2, and now they are working on the third 600k units.
