Does what right?

It's basic functionality can't be seen
without registering. It's "about" page
points to no accountable persons or groups.
The legal structure of the firm is not
transparent. There seems to be an implication
of a relationship to various orgs but it
appears to be a misleading implication.
Sponsorship is solicited without remark
concerning non-profit status and along side
of advertising sales. "Major sponsors" are
invited to help direct the form and function
of the site. The "privacy policy" is not
actually linked. The supposedly non-partisan
site has a link to Obama campaign matters
on the front page, along-side an anti-corporate
quote. The site contains self-dealt "paid
advertisements".

Which aspect of the site is "right"?

I think you have a great framework and a very helpful way for
constituents to get a better idea of what's going on with their reps
and learning something about the nuts and bolts of the process. You've
built here essential and cleanly delivered capabilities.

The opportunity to present arguments on both sides and comment is very
good also. Ultimately there are many pieces to not only finding
necessary technical solutions but also their best configuration to get
the user to the platform!

Might I suggest that people use their names when they post? Thanks, Joe

Seriously, if you're going to post scams
and schemes, at least make them good ones!
;-)
