The OOTL is currently not being actively developed. There is very
little documentation, no example code available, and no support. It is
only intended for experienced C++ programmers. I am sorry that I will
not be able to answer any questions regarding how to make it work.

I plan on making a new release of OOTL in the spring of 2008 which
should have documentation, sample code, and tests.
