I just did a minor update to the Ubiquity command (as described at:
http://jowl.ontologyonline.org/Ubiquity.html) to fix the issue with
ontologies not showing if it is the first time you browse to the jOWL
Browser page (e.g. when files are not yet cached by the browser).

If you suscribed to the command with auto-update enabled then the
command will update automatically, but if you did not you may want to
do the following steps:
1. open ubiquity and execute "help"
2. in the about page that opens up: go to suscribed feeds, and select
unsuscribe from the jOWL Ubiquity command
3. visit the jOWL page containing the command again, and resuscribe
(at: http://jowl.ontologyonline.org/Ubiquity.html)

It should now always load the ontology on first try.
