	Anyone on this froup have a 'bent or crank forward?

	We have just returned from biking Le P'tit train du Nord, a rails to trails path in the Laurentians. It is 200 km long with 1/2 of that paved. It is likely the best bike trip that we have taken. 	We have just finished 400 km bike ride on the p'tit train du nord in the Laurentians. 100 km of it is paved.
