Better handling of large respondent lists

We have recently had requests for better handling of large respondent
lists as the tool was 'hanging' when trying to display a very large
number of people. In particular, the problem appeared on the screen
where respondents select people know.

In trying to balance usability with the requirement for great
performance we are now introducing a special 'Next Page' button which
splits large respondent lists over multiple pages. So, if you upload a
list of more than 500 people your respondents will be able to quickly
browse to the relevant 'block' of 500 names and still perform a
search.

If you have other improvement ideas, please post them here. We are
very serious about addressing customer feedback!
