Bad filenaming convension

Hi,

I use gentoo linux and as I reported here: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?p=5846678
I'm trying to get an ebuild for gentoo just to have the 4.0 version
installed. Unfortunately, the filename you have choosen for the
package it's not quite standard:

http://www.omnetpp.org/omnetpp/doc_download/2061-omnet-40-source--ide--tgz

And althought it's posible to write an ebuild for that, it's not what
it's expected to be. I think it's worth a try to ask you to rename the
file to:

http://www.omnetpp.org/omnetpp/doc_download/2061-omnet-40-source--ide.tgz

Just to be a standard for all. This is not a gentoo issue, and have
nothing to do with linux or linux distros. I hope you understand my
request and keep it in mind.

The file name is actually not 2061-omnet-40-source--ide--tgz, but
omnetpp-4.0-src.tgz -- just paste the link into a browser, and you'll see!
The URL contains a redirect. The URL is an artifact of the DocMan plugin of
Joomla that we're using to manage downloads on the site. We have little
control over how DocMan forms URLs... I guess the program that you (or
gentoo) use to download the package tries to (incorrectly) deduce the
filename from the URL, instead of getting it from the HTTP Reply header or
whatever.
