topGen in omnet++

Hi,
I want to generate a random topology with 10000 nodes. Someone can
help me how to use
the framework topGen under omnet++ to do this?

The most straightforward way would be to generate the topology with your favorite program, then import that format into omnet. For importing see the "wizards" sample that contains several examples how to import different file formats. You may need to adjust it to your format. See the example formats in the sample-data folder (csv, json, LEDA, xml, graphml)

thank. But can I use routers in inet framework in a my topology using
this way?

Why not, you can use also Router and StandardHost in the generated network. It does not matter what is inside the node, at this level you are dealing only with top level of the model...

As for assigning IP addresses and setting up meaningful routing tables. That would be the harder part of the work.
