Packet Header Info

Hi all,

Is there anyone know how to look into the packet header information
within the router? There are several hosts connected to the router, so
when the traffic goes into the router, the router should have the
routing table and detination IP add of the hosts need to send traffic?

So how could I look into these information?

It would be appreciate if anyone could give any help!
