snirThreshold setting for 802.11

Hello everybody,

I have a question about snirThreshold fixing for 802.11b(DCF) in mobility Framework.
Eventhough mobility framework is no longer supported, but I notice that also MIXIM and inet, 802.11 implementation uses almost the same parameters.

my question is, if I fix for example: the sensitivity, the pathloss, and the tranmission power, how can I know what would be the snirThreshold?
is there any relationship between snirThreshold setting and other physical layer parameters?
