Does anyone know of a good introduction to the use of MiXiM? I am new
to this and Omnet and there doesnt seem to be anything to help after
the Tictoc tutorial. I am trying to create a handover simulation for
LTE. Any help with the structure of the omnet project for a handover
simulator would be appreciated.

Best start is always the README file as well as a look into the "doc"
folder if there is one (like it is the case in MiXiM 1.2 :-) ).
There you'll should find hints on how to start using MiXiM.
