How can i make a Node/Host as gateway

Hallo alls,
I want to connect many host to some one BUT VIA another one.
For example I want to use host[4] as gateway:
host[0]..to.. host[3] can communicate with each other (and also with host[4]) BUT CAN COMMUNICATE WITH host[5]....host[9] only VIA host[4]
is it posible to do that ?
How can i do it?
can some one help me Plz,
