auto change part of the ned code during run time

Hello all,

I am running my simulation with one ned file, but after run certain
time, I want to change part of the ned code to another, say replace
some hosts or channels, but still keep the simulation running, just
minor changes, could I use c++ to do that?

Is there anyone has idea?
