problem while trying opening the demo simulation examples

Hi, While trying running the demo simulation examples on Omnetpp
version 4.1 in Ubuntu 10.10 I got this message :
Error during startup: Cannot load library '../../../src//
libinet.so': ../../../src//libinet.so: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory.
I really can't find libinet.so file how can i create it?

Any solutions will be appreciated

try Omnetpp 4.2 ad follow the instructions of installation on ubuntu

Additionally, just to make clean: you are trying to run INET examples, not the demo simulations of OMNeT++.

To create libinet.so you must compile the INET Framework.
