Hi all and especially the NesCT developers!

I just started to read through the manuals and wiki of NesCT and
figured out that it will be easier to just ask instead of search for
information :-) I have some general questions about NesCT and its
current status:

1. is it compatible with omnet4?
2. does it **need** an additional framework like INET or MiXiM?
3. **can** it be used with MiXiM and how?
4. with which version of tinyos does it work (if applicable at all...)?
5. I was a little bit confused by the fact that you have your own
repository of examples of nesc code. Dos this mean that you need to re-
do your nesc code before you can execute it on omnet? what exactly
needs to be done?

Now, what I actually need is a possibility to take nesc code and
execute it over the wireless channel and battery models of mixim.
Directly, without any modifications of the nesc code!

Thanks, Anna

Hi Anna,

I don't think NesCT is being maintained, as the last update is about three
years old.
Maybe their forum would be another good place to ask around:

Andras
