I am working with MIXIM2.2. There is an example WSN Routing in it. In
which directory I can find source code for this example. Please help.

This example uses the Host802154_2400MHz.ned definition which can be
find in src/modules/node the used nic is Nic802154_TI_CC2420.ned which
can be find in src/modules/nic.
