OmegaT+ 1.0.M3 released

Hi all,

OmegaT+ 1.0.M3 (Milestone 3) has been released and is ready for
download from SourceForge
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/omegatplus).

This is a major release and everyone is encourage to upgrade to get
the new features (e.g., significantly faster opening of projects,
toolbars, launch web browser, and so forth).

As always, please read the documentation first (not that much changed
in it, but read anyways).

If you do have problems with the new version and need to go back to
the last version then you will need to remove the OmegaT+.wksp file
before starting the old version again (read where this is on your
operating system by searching for the filename in the "Essentials"
document--part of the User Guide).

Let us all know of any issues you encounter so they can be fixed as
soon as possible.

I forgot to mention contributors in the first post about this
release.

Note: I am considering putting up banner ads on the website for those
who contribute to the project. These could bring you some business if
that is of interest. Contributors can contact me for more details.

FYI, in future I will also put up some general banner ads on the site
to try to attract funding for OmegaT+. Interested parties can promote
their products and services through the site. Contact me if you want
to get involved.
