Untranslated strings found in OmegaT+ 1.0M3

Hi, All!

When I add a new project, the strings of the "Enter New Project Name"
dialog remains English, e.g. Look In, File name, Files of type. The
same happens with the "Open" dialog.

Unfortunately, sees to another one of those problems with Java not having
internal strings to support your locale (Hungarian) at this time, just like
the keyboard shortcuts.

If I switch the user interface language to Polish the text also remains in
English for these components.

I am not sure if I can fix this completely, but will look into it.
