Subject: Cell phones....hoodies
banned (no peek texting) Kansas....2009
To Whom It May Concern (9-29-09)
You are "educators." See article (link below) reporting
restriction of hooded sweatshirts. Rather than restrict the wearing
of sensible, warm, "hoodies," why not call the students to your
auditorium -- and include parents -- for a session on why it is
imperative children as well as parents "limit overall cell phone
use!" There are numerous studies re dangers of cell phones (U.S.
Senate subcommittee hearing re cell phones 9-13-09 thru 9-15-09),
countless reports of students and teachers becoming sick due to
wireless computer installations, and also thousands of studies re
biological changes that occur -- positive and negative -- when humans
as well as animals are subjected to close electric field exposures.
See also my 'response" (below story about restricting
hoodies) which explains just some of the reasons why cell phones,
i-Pods, i-Phones and more, should not be in close proximity to persons'
bodies for hours at a time. Electric items close to beds are also
"major concern!"
Perhaps your school might become the first in the Nation to
conduct its' own "epidemiological survey" by assigning students
"investigational projects" (under supervision of parents, community
volunteers -- perhaps "Senior Citizens" -- that might help to begin to
sort out numbers of persons adversely affected by electronics or
appliances in close proximity to bodies, while at the same time,
helping to identify and define potential harm from nearby cellular
antennae and/or high voltage powerlines. Simply disconnecting WiFi
is reported to quickly produce positive results.
There are items that can be purchased that will help mitigate
RF harm from cell phones. See: www.radiationrescue.org
for informatin regarding speakers, ear tubes, etc.
I would be pleased to assist in any educational investigation
of EMF/EMR effects. Feel free to call or email for more
information. There are many other important websites and countless
study links. My website provides additional insight as well as
objective facts re our family's experiences: www.guineapigsrus.org

The new rule at two schools in Kansas is "no hoodies."
Cellphones are banned in the Renwick School district. The ban
appears not to be enough, however, so two schools in the area decided
to bar students from wearing hooded sweatshirts. Why? Because kids can
hide their cellphones in the front pockets, secretly texting their buds
without even looking at the keyboard.
Here is a video report from Eyewitness News 12 in Kansas
(click on above link to activate video)
:One student interviewed in the KWCH report said that she and her
friends "could memorize our keyboards, because most of us have full
keyboards." Leaving the phone on vibrate and keeping it hidden in the
front pouch of a hoodie allowed them to communicate in secret. Pretty
neat trick.
The two schools that have banned the offending outer garment
are Andale Elementary and St. Mark's Charter School. Colwich Elementary
allows sweatshirts with front pockets as long as they are sewn up.
If you think this sounds wacky, you're not alone. One parent
told KWCH, "I think it's kind of stupid, but you've got to keep the
distractions out of school." She has a first grader who does not own a
cellphone, but he can't wear a hoodie, either.
Interestingly, this isn't a new idea. Lincoln Middle School
in Meriden, Conn., banned hoodies back in 2007, but for a different
reason. The school thought that kids would wear the hoods to hide
headphones and listen to their tunes in class.
Maybe everyone should just listen to Kayleigh Clement, a
sixth grader who told KWCH, "Kids shouldn't be that stupid to text
during school."
Out of the mouths of babes...
What do you think? Are the Kansas schools over-reacting?
NO ONE should store a cell phone on his or her body whether a
pants' pocket, a hoody or any type of jacket IF he or she wants to have
a child.
NO ONE should store a cell phone, i-Pod, etc. close to his or
her body for hours at a time if he or she does not want to develop
cancer in tissues -- testes, ovaries, colon, bladder, prostrate,
uterus, etc. or even heart problems if in shirt pocket.
NO ONE should sleep with any electric appliance, telephone
equipment or item with speaker (magnet) even if not turned on.
Alzheimers, autism-spectrum disorders, brain tumors, asthma,
Leukemia, sinus infections, ear infections, etc. etc. are increasing.
