info in this lengthy study out of Iran re 50 hz. exposures. Guinea
pigs produce "cortisol" -- as do humans. Mice and rats (rodents)
produce "corticortoids." This fact plus the fact adrenal glands in
guinea pigs are proportionately larger than adrenal glands in rodents
(same re humans), may explain why studies re mice and rats are often
