We're using the TI codecs with gst-dsp for our video-conferencing.
The h264 decoder, is working fine, but when I try to encode h264
(using gst-launch -v videotestsrc ! dsph264enc ! fakesink)
I'm getting:
cod_open: error status 0xfffffff7, sz_coff_path: /lib/dsp/h264venc_sn.dll64P
which is correct, since that file is indeed missing.

Why doesn't TI distribute this along with the others in the TI DSP binaries?
and does anyone have an idea where to get this?

Regards,
Bas
