Creating Custom Installers with

Hi all. I never used Omaha before and I'm evaluating it to replace out
custom installer/update process.
Can I generate a new/custom installer on-the-fly using Omaha?

I'm asking this because I'd like to track the download/install process
of all users. Ideally, I'd like to know:

- how many downloads I have,
- how many successful installations,
- install errors,
- where, in the installation process, the user stopped,
- time between download and installation
