The 15th australian build of dextrose4 has been published

Changes from last build are:

#1143: Restore Sugar GUI to configure hidden SSIDs
#2999: Text console shows briefly on boot and shutdown.
#3080: Incorrect repository used to create builds
#3077: Window-resizing by pressing "O" game-key not correct in portrait mode
#2954: Activities that have not yet been loaded, should say "never used yet"
#3047: Tam tam mini activity does not occupy full screen area when
launched from list view
#2706: Literacy font abc123 has wrong metrics
