Dave & Pete, et. al

Just a couple small comments about the AXWG charter document.   There could be a bit of confusion over the meaning of “attribute exchange” and the wording in the section entitled “What are the objectives of the working group? That section lists attribute services as those of verification, authentication and authorization.    Should we, therefore, add “exchange” to the services in the list?   This might allow consideration of broader attribute use like provision not related to verification or authentication.

In the section: Are there any drafts/existing materials?  There is a reference to “OC Chairmen” but I’m not sure what OC refers to.

Regardless, PacificEast is fine with the charter as it stands.   Note, also, as existing members of OIX and participants in other working groups we have signed all participant, IP and license agreements related to WG participation.

The first thing that comes to mind is Chairman Mao and his "little red book."
But that charter didn't work out so good.
