Description: An exceptional opportunity to build an enterprise management service offering within an existing Fortune 100 company.
This position is newly created and will be responsible for providing business and asset ownership, strategic direction, roadmap development, and continuous improvement for all systems management tools and applications along with providing governance, training, implementation, communications and skill development in the Enterprise Tools area.
We have a strong personal and professional relationship with the executive filling this position, having placed hundreds of candidates in his organizations, in the past. If you are the right candidate, you will get a rapid and thorough evaluation.
The successful candidate will:
Build cohesive IT strategy based on people, process and technology
Look for efficiency and potential improvements in the currently existing asset inventory
Develop IT SLA dashboards to support strategic IT business alignment initiatives
Lead a team of 20-30 FTEs managing over 1 billion dollars in assets
They have a lot of tools in place, not all of which is right.
They need someone to come in and determine what works, and what doesnt, and formulate a moving forward strategy.

Heres what you need to be considered:
Experience implementing and leading the implementation of large scale, complex enterprise systems management solutions for Fortune 200 level companies
Experience persuading executives at an AVP level or above
Prior experience building multi-year enterprise management roadmaps along with demonstrable experience leading change and developing, attracting and motivating high achievers
MUST be technically proficient with strong engineering discipline.
While this is not a hands on role, this is NOT a position for someone too far removed from the technology
Strong ITIL / ITSM background
Bachelors degree preferred
The client will relocate an appropriate candidate. This position has a STRONG bonus package that could significantly increase the total package upside.
