Selective enforcement/waste of time, yep sounds like Occupy Houston.
Please, someone assuage a few people and propose this. Otherwise, don't
look such an organized gift horse in the mouth. And since it doesn't need
to be tweeted, facebooked, etc, I guess there's no need to propose right
away :)
