version request

Dear all,

We (WH, TK, EJ) would like to include the parallelized version of OGS#IPhreeqc coupling into the next release of OGS.

If there is no objection, we will include the following changes into the trunk soon.

Changes:
- a string-based OGS#IPhreeqc interface
- a parallelized (MPI) version  of OGS#IPhreeqc
