My first working Rails site - Bargain Stock Funds

recruiters vs developers? 
  Hi. I just got off the phone with one of those recruiters that asks questions like "Do you know jquery? Do you know ajax? Do you know Spring?". I suggested that these lists of nouns provide an extremely low resolution view of each developer. I suggested that in order to provide the right developers to the right clients, she'd need a richer understanding of the software development world.... more »
