Hi everyone, thank you for all the posts, since it looks like all replies went to me, I'm forwarding on a few things to everyone, incase anyone else had the same questions.See below for the names of two small business lawyers. But according to a couple folks you don't need a lawyer to help you with an LLC if you are working alone. you can go to Oregon business. gov and file the paperwork yourself. Also Lewis and Clark has a free legal clinic for small business, but there is a wait list. Agnes has details if anyone needs them.
Thanks again everyone!Allison
My friend has a practice called holistic health law. Her name is Lucy Forsten.Holistic-health-law.com503-928-4457Good luck,Hannah

Hi Allison, my (new) boyfriend is a lawyer. I asked him if he can do this and he said yes. He's super smart, reliable, efficient, etc, and funny to boot...

Anyone have a small business lawyer they would recommend. I'm just looking for someone who can help me get the paperwork together for an LLC.
