Message from Principal Dear Parents and Students, It is the great pleasure to me to introduce myself as an educational personality of the society. Therefore lots of expectations of the society upon us and we should strive to take the responsibility of coping with the works, which are really challenging. The world is highly competitive in the scenario of rapid growth of Information Technology. Our Country cannot lag behind to trend of development. In spite of the reality the situation is anomalous. The Nepalese people are struggling to fulfill basic needs of fooding, clothing, shelter and education. It is demand of 21st century that the education level should be modernized. Now, the Information Technology, IT Management and Engineering education are becoming inevitable.

To meet such requirement, Oxford College of Engineering and Management has been established in 2000 AD by highly IT, Management and engineering Professionals. The identity if this college has already been achieved by securing University Top position in BCA first, Third batch, No of students in different semester of BCA and BBA programs and District Top in 10+2 level. The OCEM/OHSS has its own vision, goals and commitment to put it into certain level of excellence.

Therefore, I always respect to the views and feelings of the students and the parents, which are of great assistance to fulfill our mission. According to my more than Two-decade experience in IT Education, I found that any educational institute has triangular relationship among Teachers, Students and parents to boost it smoothly and reliably .
