Building OCE without ftgl

Hi John,
 
Changes from upstream occt660 were merged into master a couple of hours
ago. You should be able to compile/run oce master branch without any need
for ftgl. Note however that you may have to fix your code since occt660
comes with an API change. Your feedback is welcome.
