ordinarily, you should find this in /usr/local/lib.

you can locate files on your system with "locate libTK" for instance.

did you run "make install" after building OCE?

installing the libs on your system is performed by this command.

Hello,

There is no OCE 0.13.0, I guess that you meant master. OCE master and
0.9.0 are not compatible, this is why there are no libTK*.so.6 files.
Maybe you can describe your problem on Debian 64bit? Did you compile
it yourself? You may also try the packages from experimental:
http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/oce
