SESSION 4: TODAY'S CRISIS - PART I
In this session we will begin to look into the root causes of today=92s
difficulties. There are both historical and structural reasons why the
economy has experienced the tightening of credit, lower asset
valuations, and increasing inflation. We will quickly see that today=92s
crisis is far more than =93just a sub-prime mortgage problem." A second
session on this issue will follow next Tuesday, January 24th.
