1. Sherman Heights Farmers Market/Wall-Mart (Stack; Nick, Carlos,
Geraldo)
-Recap on Wall-Mart: Demolition started Weds. Occupiers delayed
for 5hrs. WallMart wont release Permits, Community took
Wall-Mart to court to stop
demolition, Judge denied stop twice, Tower to be tore down by next
week.
Action Planned for May Day
-Thoughts: Legal Route not working, Is it Private Property? Does
Community have a say so? Building already demolished to hard
to stop now, let them build it and take following
actions, Fight for Wall-Mart to leave then change it back to a
Farmers
Market. Take Action ie. (Camp Out, Mic Check, Daily
Protests) Let Community take the Lead to do what they feel is
right for the Neighborhood.

2. May Day (Stack: Carlos, Matthew)
-Rally/March Info: Starts 11am at City College March to Freedom
Plaza for Rally, March to Children's Park for Rally, March to
Sherman Heights Farmers Market to meet up with Janitors Rally,
March to Chicano Park for Rally/Celebration. Union UPTE has
invited Occupy to join their Rally at UCSD Hospital, OCH will
meetup at City College 11am.

3. Calendar (Stack; Evie, Damaso, Carlos, Matthew)
-Let Damaso know all upcoming OSD Events will work with Aaron to
Post up in OCH Calendar on Website. Important Events
Proposed by Evie- San Onofre June 9th. City Policy Initiative May
14th 6pm at the City Concil Chambers Civic Center
Aaron will create a Google Calender for OCH Website coming soon.

4. Recap of Kick Off (Stack; Matthew, Geraldo, Damaso)
-Went Well, Positive Reaction from Community and Friends, Plan
other parties to Welcome the Community, get more people
involved along with other local organizations, Open Mic good idea
to get people involved. more poetry readings, more speakers.

5. Chase Bank Action (Stack; Matthew, Geraldo, Damaso)
-Take action on Chase Bank, not many people needed 20 or so, Give
people options other then Credit Union, Find Material/Facts,
Find info community can relate to (Discrimination, Foreclosures
etc.) Start with other Banks work our was to Chase, get people to
sign Petition, Talk to Small Local Businesses offer solutions then
start Bank Action, work with California Bank & Trust (small local
bank) Matthew, Fungi, Geraldo to meet Monday to wok out out

-Polling & Persuasion with Community, mail in Surveys, Explain
Concept, Let Community know All are invited,
OccupYrCorners *Came to Consensus*, Go to other Local
Organizations to get them involved, more things to get youth involved.


7. World Beat Center
-Makada Dread still figuring out plans for WBC, Proposed Parking
Lot behind in Canyon, 31 years without a Permit Agreement,
Demand a 25yr. Lease, OCH to Join OYC for Sidewalk March through
City Heights following GA.
