Note, you can park and launch from the beach next to the Blue Tile house
(lower center of Google Map image), then the break is one tack upwind to
the point break which is the west end of Lanes... You will see it.
There is a more popular parking/launch spot just out from the break, but
the rocks are bad along with parking, and I am not really sure why
everyone launches from there. I guess at the Blue Tile beach launch,
the wind is shadowed and you have to swim your gear about about 20 yards
to hit the wind line. Quite easy though with our light air experience here.
All in all, luck dog!! : ) I was just telling Lauren, we need to go
back out there again soon. Felt like it was going every year for a
while there, but now we have not been there since 2006! Check this <a
