how and why to do a windsurf report

1st,how: go to the beach,look at the conditions,now heres the most
important part;CALL SOMEONE,perferably someone who still likes to go
sailing and likes to sail with other people.
remember not everyone has a blackberry so dont report virally,make a
CALL
2nd,why: its more fun to sail with other people and its good for the
sport/business of windsurfing,which includes all the local shops
If you do get a report,dont show up saying how much it sucks or that
the head high waves are only waist to you.if you dont like what you
see quietly leave and if you find something you think is better call
someone with your vision of why your sailing there and not where you
left.
unless its a competition,its not a competition and if someone doesnt
give what you think is an accurate report that doesnt make them the
enemy.the important thing here is to come together as
windsurfers,inspire each other as humbly as possible to keep
progressing and show people how much fun/cool the hatteras fellowship
of windsurfing is!
