Sorry to clog your in boxes.  Donovan thought I was asking the date for the
whole of CT - and not just Obs. Here the dates for water meter readings so
no need to phone him.

  GOOD AFTERNONN

The Salt River / Observatory area gets read round about form the 12th of
every month. If that date falls on a weekend well read the Friday or the
Monday after.
