OBS is green

Hi All

I am glad to announce that Obs is in the green zone in regard to crime stats at the SAPS. That means that the crime levels have fallen to an "acceptable" level.

Thanks to the spate of arrests facilitated by OPS and SAPS . The community has to be commended for your contribution to the current green status. Thank you all
