DEAD Lights in Observatory station subway

Last year I reported that the lights in the station subway been off
for more than 2 months! To my joy I noticed they replaced it with
brand new ones soon after! What amazing response I thought and was
committed to compliment the parties involved for their quick
acting,alas -they still don't burn after 2/3 weeks?
I had numerous complaints about this and find it strange that no
priority is given to this? Many young and old men and women need that
link to go to and from work at night. It would be great if it can be
switched on!

I have reported this to Metrorail AND I GOT A REFERENCE NUMBER. But to date of course sweet .......... action.
I will nag again in the week. I also raised with Metro the question of grafitti, leaking taps and overgrown gardens on the Hartleyvale side.
Maybe we should go for one item at a time!
Metrorail has the reputation of being the most disfunctional organisation to deal with. Why do we have to put up with this nonsense?

Metrorail say it's all fixed up but I keep forgetting to look. Have you noticed if the lights are back on?
