nuisance might cover this, but I don' t have the details! I know that
your dogs are now limited to barking for 6 minutes in the hour!

(1) If any dog defecates in any public street, public place or public road, any person in control of such dog, excluding a person assisted by a guide dog, shall forthwith remove the excrement, place it in a plastic or paper bag or wrapper and dispose of it in a receptacle provided for the deposit of litter or refuse, excluding a person who is assisted by a guide dog.
(2) No person shall walk a dog, other than a guide dog, in a public street, public place or public road, without carrying a sufficient number of plastic or paper bags or wrappers, within which to place the excrement of the dog, in the event of the dog defecating.
----Cape Town's animal by-law passes first hurdle on Wednesday May 19, 2010 and is set to go to the full council for formal adoption later this month.
Should the by-law be passed, dog licences will be reintroduced, while a dedicated unit of eight members would be responsible for enforcement of the by-law.

Defiant, Innocent, Unaware, Uncomfortable, Mildly ashamed, Surprised,
Agitated,Bashful and so on?
Malta Park Soccer fields are a mess.
Most people don't remove there dog's re- processed dog food at this
popular dog walking area.
Poo bags will be most welcome. As will containers to dispose of the
finished product.
