I hope you are all off to a great start in 2010. Cappuccino continues to move forward, and the community continues to grow. We're planning a lot of stuff for this year in terms of community involvement.
First new thing we're going to try out is CPCoderNight! We've talked about this before, but it hasn't materialized in a long lasting. So, this Wednesday, Francisco, Tom and I will be around for two or three hours to help people our or just socialize.
We haven't quite figured out the best place to have it, so it may move around for a while. We hope to do this either weekly or every other week. Alright, details for this week:
WEDNESDAY, 7PM
People's Cafe
1419 Haight St
(between Ashbury St & Masonic Ave)
San Francisco, CA 94117

If you want to have your own CPCoderNight in another city, feel free to arrange it on this thread. We're in the process of setting up a new wiki, and that will have a section to manage this all.
Hope to see you there.

I don't know if the Haight is the best place to meet up- it seems like
the Haight is too much of a drug addict/dealer neighborhood and it's
not really a central location in the city. I don't know if anyone else
shares this opinion though.

The Borders bookstore at Union Square has a cafe with a bunch of
tables and I think it has WiFi as well.
