Patch: Show install task for 'rake -T'

When trying to build Cappuccino from source running 'rake -T' should
show 'rake install' builds
and installs the Cappuccino tools.

Thanks for submitting this patch. We're actually eliminating our use of rake (you can see the jake branch for more info on this). We should probably add this feature to that branch, but I don't believe Jake supports it, so we'll need to first implement that.
