Changeable Default Theme through Info.plist

Hey guys,

I think this might already be in there somewhere from what I heard on
the channel. But I just couldn't find it - so just in case it's not
yet been coded up here's a patch to make the default theme
configurable from the application's Info.plist with the CPDefaultTheme
key.

The change makes Aristo somewhat less hardcoded but it remains the
default if nothing else has been specified.
