[objectify-appengine] Retry count has disappeared

Hi
Small question on 2.2 - what happened to
ObjectifyService.setDatastoreTimeoutRetryCount()? Has it moved
somewhere or just been taken out (BTW, your wiki example still uses
it)
Oh, and thanks for all your work - I've cleaned up by Dao layer a lot
since moving to Objectify from JDO.

It was removed because the datastore now performs retries by itself -
from SDK version 1.3.1 I think. The Objectify code was superfluous.
I should have put that in the release notes, sorry. I'll fix the wiki docs.
