At first you should search for a Javascript group. I can also recommend IRC (google if you don't know what it is).
This book on Javascript is also quite good: http://eloquentjavascript.net/

Khan Acadamy is also using Javascript for their Computer Science efforts:

You connect to a network of chat rooms where you can also find a ##javascript room.
You can ask questions related to javascript there. 
You can use this webclient to connect to the network. A room is also called a "channel" in IRC jargon.
