[OBIEE EMG] Information on How to enable OBIEE 11g users changing their password

Hi Alls,
 Currently all users are managed via web logic and we need to allow users the ability to change their own password logging to BI system without access weblogic console.
I'm finding some information mentioned that OBIEE 11g is not support this method.
Is there any enhancement ideas or successful work around method to enable this ability ?

 I checked the link and unfortunately the java code is not public.
I'll try to develop once to test and seem there is only 1 solution for this matter.
