notice of pending deprecation

We plan to deprecate the following for the next release of OBI unless
there are objections. In each case of use, for example in the
definition of Affymetrix, we've instead represented the same
information using an anonymous type, e.g. Affymetrix type: (has_role
some supplier role). It was thought that it wasn't the case that these
entities were useful as individuals - the main thing was to be able to
query for things that had a specific role.

Note that this has been implemented in the subversion repository, but
can easily be backed out of before a release if this causes anyone
problems.
