Assigning IDs with the new build tool

Hi everyone,
I added code to the new build tool for assigning IDs. It works like Jie's previous code, using a counter and looking for the first unused ID in OBI's ID space. OBI developers who are comfortable with command-line tools should be able to run it themselves -- after making changes in Protégé and just before committing to SVN. (Making a backup of your obi.owl first is highly recommended!)... more »

Limited number of people on the call: Chris, Carlo, Asijah, James, Randi, Bjoern (as expected with Euro-holliday and some cancellations) - BFO 2.0 transition: There is a draft version of a 'subset of BFO2 release + RO relations' available at [link] .
